How much is the application fee?
- The application fee is $50 per person. Everyone 18 or older who will be living in the home is required to complete an application.
- Our security deposit is based on credit and rental history. If approved, your security deposit will be either $300 or a full month’s rent.
- When you complete the application, you will see a $150 redecorating fee. This fee is refundable if your application is denied.
- Current prices are priced for 12-month leases. The Vue Lexington offers shorter termed leases for your convenience. 6-month leases do have a $100 short term lease fee and 10-month leases have a $50 short term lease fee.
- Yes, we require all residents to have renter’s insurance with $100,000 worth of liability coverage.
- Rent can be paid online through Domuso.com or via check or money order submitted to the office or the drop box by the front door.
- Utilities are not included in the rent, however, water, sewer, gas (in 2-bedroom units), Wi-Fi, cable, pest control, and trash all stay in our names and you are billed back for these utilities. Feel free to contact the office for current rates.
- All residents are required to put electricity in their names through Kentucky Utilities and have renters' insurance prior to moving in and are required throughout the entirety of the lease.
- The Vue Lexington has a bulk account with Spectrum.
- You can put in a service request online via the resident portal, by calling the office, or emailing maintenance@vuelexington.com. If you are a current resident and have a maintenance emergency, please contact the office immediately.
- All 1-bedroom apartments come with front loading washer and dryer. All 2-bedroom units have washer and dryer connections in the laundry room.
- All apartments are limited to one cat/dog. We ask that all residents pay a non-refundable fee of $300 and monthly pet rent of $30. All pets must be screened through vuelexington.petscreening.com.
- Pit bulls, Staffordshire Terriors, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presca Carnarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and Wolf-Hybrids.
What is your late fee policy?
- Although rent is due monthly on the 1st day of each month, we allow a grace period until the 5th day. A late fee of $50 will be added to any outstanding balance at that time.
